Business Hours

This menu (Configuration>Mapping>Business Hours) can be used to create a Business hour profile.

Add new button - create new Business Hours profile.

There is a Table with two columns:

Name - Name of the Business Hour profile

Actions

• Edit - opens a window to edit Business Hour profile for the current column
• Duplicate - create an editable copy of the selected Business Hours
• Delete - delete a Business Hour profile

To add a new Business Hours click New business Hours button then the wizard will appear. In the wizard window there are the following fields:

• Name - Business Hours name

• Simple mode

  • Select days of the week
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Browser Time

• Select color

• Privacy - assigning privileges

  • Private - accessible to the owner

  • Public - accessible to all.

    • Public permissions
      • Delete
      • Edit
      • Execute

  • Shared - accessible to one or more selected roles. Available privileges are:

    • Delete

    • Edit

    • Execute

    • View

  • Select days of the week with the start and end time for each

• Select color

• Privacy - assigning privileges

  • Private - accessible to the owner

  • Public - accessible to all.
